It is strongly recommended that particularly traditional osteopathic practitioners and students of osteopathy join the BNHS or British Natural Hygiene Society, that costing only £15.00 per year represents phenomenal value for money. Members of the public are also welcome to join as the information contained is both priceless and has a timeless quality too.
The articles focus strongly on natural methods of the health reform movement to maintain and promote health drawing strongly on the works of Tilden, Herbert Shelton, Keki Sidwha, Stanley Leif, James C Thompson, Edgar Saxon, Milton Powell and many more.
Probably one of the last publications that have not 'sold out' to palliative measures as in essence the natural hygiene method can't be marketed neither sold in bottles nor made into pills!
